Welcome to this week's mid-week meditation,
Friends,
Today as we gather online for our mid-week meditation we hold fast to the concept of hope and how hope can engender a sense of well-being within us and even within those who surround us. With that in mind hope will be our reflective point for today’s mindfulness meditation. It is my hope that a sense of peace and calmness of spirit surrounds you in this moment and as we begin may the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you this day. As we begin today please.....
